Terms and Conditions for TWR,Timely Watch Repair
Terms & Conditions: Credit Card Charges will appear on your statement from TWR. Shipping charges include insurance for actual replacement value of merchandise unless otherwise declared. All claims for lost items must be made within 90 days of shipping from our offices. Repairs are warranted for 1 year from date of original repair for labor charges only. Repair warranty extends only to our re-work of the repair. No refunds will be made. Opening and/or tampering with a watch we have repaired voids all warranty's.
NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING!
We have a minimum diagnosis charge of $25. This covers our quote for the repair and (in most cases) return shipping if you choose not to have the repair done. If you accept the repair quote, the minimum charge is waived. No COD return shipping is accepted

NOTICE: All items not picked up within 30 days of return shipping will be deemed forfeited.
