Steps to Get a Quote: 1. You will need to send your watch
to us for diagnosis together with the completed FORM under the "form" link. This is important as it has all the
information we will need about you and your watch. Please be sure that you provide your e-mail address on your form.
We will need this to send you an invoice and to communicate with you if we need more information. 2.
You will need to pay $25 to Timely Watch Repair for the diagnosis quote. Just select and click-on
the "Buy" link on the Home Page. This charge will be waived if you decide to have your watch repaired. 3. After the diagnosis is complete a formal quote/invoice will be sent via e-mail to you for the service to
be performed. 4. You will need to respond
and provide your approval if you want the service to be done. If you approve, then the $25 will
be credited towards the cost of the service. If you decline, then the watch will be returned to you. In most cases, the $25
will also cover the cost of the return shipping. In some cases, the cost of insurance may need to be added, depending upon
the value of your watch. If the value of your watch is over $500, you should definetly be covered with insurance.
